Lil stoner aka ILoveJesus or ILJ he has been banned under main account but keeps bypassing everything johnny does he also has a criminal record consisting of lots lf violent crimes and commited a crime in VGC he tried comitting revenge p### which from what i heard is illegal can someone look into this guy and report him to authorities please
 
But you just told me to talk to chat maser and you know what he did you saw it all so im getting chat master involved Convicts and potential Thugs should not be allowed in chat especially when they leak and brag about their crimes they committed with criminal record
 
I heard he was arrested and convicted on all charges filed by Johnny but is now out on bail on good behavior. Surely, this violates his parole.
 
Well something must be done cause he keeps coming abck over and over and over in vgc and a criminal like him has no buisness in a chatroom

But what do you mean, he keeps coming back? I don't understand that part. For example, in the lesbian room there is a troll called silicone who says horrible things against lesbians, transvestites, gays and black people. A mod in the room was deleting the things he said instead of kicking him, so I questioned her deleting what he said, instead of kicking him, for him to be banished by the Flame.
 
Hi @Pandemic. Thank you for your concerns on this issue. What iLoveJesus did to a newly 18 year old chatter in VGC is nothing short of reprehensible. He has been banned for his actions, but unfortunately the ban system within Chat Avenue has its limitations. Both his account and his IP address have been banned, but that doesn’t stop him from logging in with guest accounts on new IP addresses. Every time he is seen in chat, yet another one of his IP addresses is banned. The mods and admin know to keep an eye out for him, and we remove him as promptly as we can. Thankfully guest ******** in VGC are unable to post images or videos, so that at least prevents him from continuing to spread explicit content without the creator’s consent – but that doesn’t make it any less frustrating. I know it’s frustrating seeing him log in every day and the VGC staff shares in those same frustrations.

We do not background check the ******** who enter chatrooms, so there is no safeguard in place from stopping ******** with backgrounds of violent crimes from entering chat. We likewise do not police who uses chatrooms based on their criminal history. However, if he has committed a crime in a chat room, that absolutely can be reported. Although the Chat Avenue staff tends to focus most of their efforts on reporting cyber crimes against children, there are also reporting agencies for cyber crimes against adults. This issue can be reported via the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center IC3 (https://www.ic3.gov/Home/FileComplaint) or through FBI Tips (https://tips.fbi.gov/contact). I imagine one of the UMs will promptly edit my post to not include links, but the first link that shows up when you search both of those names should direct you accordingly. This issue is best reported by the victim it applies to, but I would imagine a federal tip line would allow for the admin of the chat or well-meaning witnesses to make a report as well.

Then she told me that there was no point in kicking him, because he would flood the spam room, and that there was no point in having the Flame banish him, because he would come back again. So, I didn't understand, because the ban is forever. Right? When the person is banned there is no way for them to come back, right?

I thought the ban was irreversible when it's a troll man preaching rape in a lesbian room, for example. How is it possible that he manages to come back?

Basically he is either using a vpn or ip rolling but every chatter on chat avenue at somepoint has to use a email to get membership before vip so if we can report Lil stoner to authorities by sending his email to authorities then he could be taken out once and for all he cant do much behind bars

Neither mods nor admins have access to chatter emails. This issue would need to be escalated to @Chatmaster or the owner of the site for that type of information. You can PM @Chatmaster through forums by clicking on his name in this message in blue and clicking "start conversation," or you can contact the owner of chat through the Contact Us page at https://www.chat-avenue.com/contact.html.

Hmm, got it! Someone in the room said something to me about using VPN. Anyway, but it still didn't make much sense to me. Because once I was using VPN to play online and I tried to enter the lesbian room using VPN and I was barred immediately. So I still don't understand. 🤣😆
So the only explanation I can think of is that these machiavellian trolls are using some hacking program and the Deep Web.

There's a Lil Stoner in Singles who now goes by the name "Menace II Chat". I'm sure it's the same person because he goes there when he's not kick evading in Singles. I don't like the guy but I never once imagined he'd be capable of this, so I'm wondering if someone just uses his name. Up until now, all he does is post and say the n word then deletes it to avoid getting kicked.

It makes sense. So if only the chatmaster has access to the e-mails, it is much more difficult to control and know who these psychopathic people are who enter the rooms. So why not create an account verification system? The same as on other social networks? Then, you administrators would already have much more control over these sick people who enter the rooms if the accounts were verified. 🤔
 
No he started doing all this stuff back when johnny banned him he immediatly ip rolled and came back for 3 hours straight bypassing every kick trying to bribe johnny But still if he is a fellon like he has proven and is a Creep and did break law he must be arrested at this point before any more people fall victim to him or worse cause he does try tricking people to give adresses so he can as he said "Fight them"

Bro, an account verification system would solve these problems a lot. You know? If only the chatmaster has access to the emails of all the people who enter the site, do you realize that there is no account verification system like there is in other social networks, for example?

This website is primarily operated by volunteers, and no one's personal information should be provided to anyone who does not have a legally binding non-disclosure agreement. Pushing for the admins to have more information than they already do on ******** is a liability and a nonstarter.
