Background Checks

First of all I know this suggestion will not be taken seriously.
I know chat avenue is all volunteer and my suggestion would cost CA in money so it will not be taken seriously but
I think with all new mods and even with current mods and admins background checks need to be done.
If there is something where the person was accused of inappropriate behavior toward minors even if unproven should disqualify a person from being a mod.

If there really were trust issues on behalf of the owners, then their behaviour with current staff and former staff being fired/not allowed to return does NOT reflect that.

I never knew about Erin Me, when the BBB got a complaint about a mod name Old Man in.... Erin me was the one defending me in response. I was guessing about craig. However the asking for pictures of potential mods I find to be creepy. Not saying the person asking for the pics is creepy just seems like a creepy thing to me.
