Do you follow a recipe exactly with measurements or just eyeball how much you put in?

I follow new recipes exactly but just guesstimate if I have made it a few times. I all start to tweek them after I try it.

Pretty much what ZombiUnicornis said. Soups and stir fries I can improvise way more, but for baking I use my scale.

not that i'm any kind of a cook, my idea of a recipe is the instructions on the back of a box of mac & cheese, but i i like experimenting and not being very exact. unless it's baking, that is more like a science and being exact is way more important.

Ingredients:
280g of STFU
2 Tbsp Log Out
Method:
Thinly slice your STFU and add to a large mixing bowl with 2 Tbsp of Log Out.
Let marinate for 15 mins before frying in a stainless steel skillet until golden brown.
