today what made me smile is waking up at 5 am and then getting a text saying theres no pt in the morning :lol:

I agree with the always smiling part, but today, something made me grin from ear to ear .... had a small 4 yr old girl ask me to take good care of her new baby brother in the hospital nursery... because it was her job to pick on him when he got home.. it sounds mean but was absolutely precious
 
Thinking of a special friend that i loss recently and all the good times we shared online and offline, she always made me smile inside and out.. 😀 🙂 😱k: :hmm: * slams the door *
 
K, so incase you didnt know, I am a teacher. I teach children in a mixed age group of kindy kids (3/4yo) up to year 3s (8/9yo). I had a new student in my class for the day. She is 4yo. I said to her "wow what a lovely job you are doing!!", to which she replied "yeah, i am! i am doing much better than all of the other kids!". CONFIDENT MUCH!?!? :lol:

Finding out that we're moving back to arizona in may and i get to see my family and friends i grew up with :d
 
Thinking about someone special to me. That always makes me smile.
Thinking of how close we became in such a short amount of time.
And how he was able to literally...in one day.. pick up the pieces
and make me whole again..

My niece who is turning 3 this coming May belted her own version of Frozen's OST "Let it Go!"
It was so funny and fantastic that I can't stop but smile the whole day whenever I try to recall what she did 🙂
 
Honestly, the first thing that made me smile today was the soft feeling of my pillowcase as I put my head back down on my pillow, and proceeded to sleep in.
 
My perfect pink watermelon, beetroot, banana and ginger juice ... drinking pink makes me happy. :awe: Yay raw food.

Laughing wholeheartedly as my son tried a new game whilst we went fruit shopping ... Frowning at people who smile ... Needless to say he just couldn't frown at me which had me in stitches. I won the game.
 
6am and I was grinning like a Cheshire cat, listening to the thunderstorm boom overhead ... racing outside to stand on the lawn enjoying the first touch of winter's approach.
 
My kids!

Kid 1: I had a crazy friend in Pre-k. She had a shirt that was attached to her skirt.
Kid 2: She had a dress?
Kid 1: No. It was like a shirt that was sewn onto the skirt.
Kid 2: So...... A dress.....
 
Writing a piece that has true meaning to me means I am definitely on the right path. I appreciate my ability to articulate ideas with so much depth to them. Feeling accomplished makes me smile.

I cried and laughed today. I didn't cry when I had my second car accident of the year but I cried after some weirdo sleazy guy tried to get in the front passenger side of my car. It was one of those moments from a dream where I had to lean over, lock the doors and hurry up with the keys to turn the motor on so the electric windows do up. Jesus.

I laughed when I said to my new interest that I will buy a tazer. I laughed even more when he felt the need to call me to say they are illegal. (He was in the force for 15 years so deemed it appropriate to inform me). Today has been all over the place. I can still hear the sound of her body hitting my car. I'm sure it will come in handy with some stupid book I write in the future or something.
 
I didn't just smile but laughed so hard when I found out that my best friend is marrying the girl he said he detested when we were in junior high.
I jokingly reminded him what he told me back then and he turned red after hearing it 😛
but congratulations to them and best wishes!
 
We had huge wind gusts yesterday (over 50 MPH don't ask me the equivalent KPH you weirdos) and a cute petite woman fell over. I helped her up and she was embarrassed but thanked me. I thought to myself, jeez it's windy today and smiled.

Today, I smiled because I stayed in my pajamas, made a big breakfast (not typical), and I just relaxed all day (lazy, rainy, sleety day). What a great way to start the week!
 
Finding out this place is still around. Had some great memories here at one point. It's always nice to see some of them remain ^_^
 
cause its my birthday and my long term friend mattie remembered and messaged me in pm 🙂​
 
Belly aching laughter with tears streaming down my face whilst driving is not great but its fabulous ... with my family as always.
 
News that my grandma is doing better and my be coming home tomorrow! It'll be extra work and I'm hoping she'll not be a mean old bat since she'll be back in familiar surroundings and won't be confused when she wakes up. :clap:I also hear that she's a hoot to listen to now. :lol:
 
I went to bed at 6:00am this morning and woke up at 11:30am woke up with a message from a new friend and smoked a bowl been smiling ever since listening to Chris Brown
 
A date with an absolute gentleman who maintains eye contact enough to make me look away and almost blush ... and even then he is still looking.
 
I heard from an old friend today in a PM . That really was a unexpected surprise and long overdue 😀😀😀

Another car accident. Third one this year. Second one this month. Poor old biddy. She thanked me for being so nice about it all. Think I'm going to sell my car. It's got the heebie jeebies.
 
Three things none of them involving ***.

1: Started to work out again.
2: Telling my therapist that my depression is better, even tho I was lying.
3: Just staring up at the sky to realize that life is still beautiful.
 
All those annoying little things that have been happening for a few months have added up to one big cool thing. I'm seeing the bigger picture.
