Banned for spamming

Hi I’m writing to you because I’ve been banded for spamming and I think it’s because of a word that kept coming up **** I’m new on here and didn’t know there was words banned I never talked about cp or anything of the sort my user name was harry2234 hope this can be solved as it said it could be brought to authorities and I never mentioned anything illegal while chatting just worried as I’m new thank you and was banned from the adult room
 
Hello there I have checked there is no username on mobile called Haryy2234 was this a registered account or a guest account?
 
It would not matter if it was a small h or a large H there is no username found on mobile with that name was it a guest account? or was it a registered account? are you sure it was mobile if not it would be desktop or sex chat there is nothing on mobile with that name

It is definitely Harry2234 I tried to log it with it and the banned messages popped up
