Kicked twice on kids chat “harassment”

Glasseren being the mod involved, has unrightfully kicked me for “harassment” 2 times. I didn’t know factchecking a mod whose giving clear false information about the site to its users and advertising a sister kids chat site is “harassment”. She has specifically said that shadowhawk wasn’t able to log on for 2 weeks because of a “passing storm”. This is clearly false information as @ShadowHawk admins both teen chats and does a great job with each. Works everyday to keep both teen chats safe, while this kids chat mod goes on about an obvious lie. This mod needs to grow thick skin and take criticism like every other mod on this network. Throwing out baby insults “get a life” is completely immature. This mod must be removed immediately.

On top of this, there are 3 kids chat mods Wolfis, Ocean, and Lemon that have been inactive as much as 10 days to nearly a month. Kids chat has been dead for ages now and they are bored. Time to find some new mods or time to maybe shut it down like kids chat com???

Who is Glasseren? Name doesn’t show on the staff list unless the forums username is different.

She doesn’t use forums so idk. Only one that does is emileh and mishaelia. goes to show how much of a mess kidschat is

Mods would have a forums account so they can be contacted for KC issues.

@emileh might know hopefully she can help. Dunno the other one.
Is she a mod on another site and not chat avenue? Just when you said ShadowHawk manages 2 rooms. Could it be teen chat rather than kids chat?

This mod clearly needs to be fired. She just will not stop the power abusing behavior. The “14 year old girl” is said mod btw. I told them multiple times to respond to the thread like any other mod on this network would, and they keep saying “stop harassing me”. They are literally doing anything just to get me kicked at this point, even if it’s power abusing just to impress her friends on site. @ShadowHawk must log on to resolve this since the mod in question refuses to answer her own complaint thread.
 
None of this is true the person who is complaining was asked a few times now to stop causing problems in chat and continues to do so and then complains that they were removed. they are doing nothing more then disrupting chat and the mod asked a few times nicely to move on yet kept being rude and abusive towards the mod. and then come here to complain so everyone can see how stupid there complaint really is. i am sure they will attack me now for replying. Just another typical Saturday.

Why are you responding for the mod in question? Isn’t it her job to respond to complaints against her and not get one of her “minions” to do it for her? I swear these kids chat mods take stupidity to a whole new level.

Once again, I didn’t know factchecking a mod and advertising a sister chat site is “harassment”. You clearly did not read my complaint to its fullest lmao

Rules Enforcement

• All moderator directions must be followed.
• Harassment of moderators will not be tolerated

I don't know about the other situation, but I can confirm that Arkham could not be on due to weather issues; he told us so as soon as he returned. Yes, I am Mishaelia.

Explain why he is currently administering the teen chats then? And yes I mean ave and org not just ave where he has help.

I don't know, honestly. What Arkham does does not concern me, as I am just the moderator. So, in this case, I think you should go to him with the question that you have. I see you tagged him, so he'll be here once his hands are untied. I don't know how I can help here.

I will await his answer. Thank you for actually being a moderator in a high-stress environment that is chat avenue. Hopefully glasseren learns her lesson in the end.

First, intentionally causing disruption in the room is actionable. If GlasSeren told you to stop then you should have. You could have taken your complaint to PM instead.

Second, ShadowHawk was offline for a bit due to a supercell storm in his area disrupting power supply and hence internet connectivity. He's back online now and has been since the 23rd.

Third, the chat isn't dead or even close to being so. We're in the middle of exam season for a lot of the members, and in the middle of a holiday period for others. The number of members online has always been variable but I was modding a room with approximately 30 members online and chatting this week.

Fourth, we all have forum accounts. It's a requirement for applying for mod. It's not compulsory for us to use them though. I do because I enjoy chatting with other forum members, so does Mishaelia.

I can't comment on the kicks themselves because I wasn't in the room at the time, but I will say we only kick for good reason. If you're told to stop arguing in the room by one of us then do so. If you wish to discuss whatever you were arguing about further, then take it to PM instead to prevent disrupting the room.

I'll tag our admin @ShadowHawk for you.
 
I should point out that Peeb has two accounts, one male and one "female lesbian". Both the same age. Oh dear
