Yes she can, and I will be transparent here as well. You were kicked for posting an actual racist post, while calling Jose racist 1 post above, ironically enough. I wont copy and paste it here due to this forum being PG13.

Between IrishLady and myself, you were warned to debate with Jose maturely, civilly, and within the lines... You, and thanks for posting the quote here, told me to "**** off and drop dead."

It seems the reason may have been so that you could whine about and troll a moderator whose political views differ from yours. Not happening.

You were asked whether you were appealing a kick or starting a debate, but you didn’t respond.

I initially moved your debate-related question to the debate forum, as it raised a valid topic. However, since you’ve implied you’re not looking to debate, it has now been moved to the EE forum. Your complaint about the kick has been relocated to the kick/ban forum, where it belongs.

If you’re not actually appealing the kick, please confirm

Thanks for confirming this thread isn’t a kick appeal and you’re taking the kick, and that it isn’t a complaint about mod conduct.

As it seems to be a mixture of a bashfest of Mr Jose and a discussion as to whether BLM is about race and because you’re not happy with it being in debate forum, and because @TheLeigh has said many times to send any issues about mods to her DM, this thread is off to EE.
