Even if 'RodeoMT' is unable to help or do his job, is it really so difficult to find a mod that is so unprofessional in how he communicates with people who have been racially abused, and make them out to be the problem? It's clear that this individual has a personal animus towards me.

This sort of thing has been happened for months. I don't come here just to waste my time because I have nothing else to do. Rather, I have to because the aggressive disinterest from the mods is systemic and makes Chat a less safe place, with the exception of 'TheDifference' who seems to be the only one I've met that who genuinely seems earnest about issues on here.

Actually, he’s one of the most decent people you could know and has spoken up against racism and other forms of prejudice on multiple occasions - and was completely fair to you.

You came here for a specific reason. You’ve had a comprehensive reply from TheDifference. Perhaps you missed it when making 4 other posts…

I have seen cases where two people are in a pm and one of them puts the other on ignore and it renders the other person unable to make a report. Based on what @TheEridianNinja said this may be different for different rooms, maybe if they are on different servers, idk.
But regardless you should be able to report things you feel are violations, so continue to bring them to our attention and we will address them.

One solution others have used is if they are in a pm and they see a violation they report it even before responding to the other person and giving them a chance to put them on ignore. That way the staff can see the violation and deal with it. Just a thought.

The staff part: I’ve read your perspective and I also talked with Rodeo. It’s only fair to both sides that I get as much info as possible. You clearly feel you weren’t treated properly and I’m sorry you feel that way. I’m very hands on with the room mods and we have specific places where we communicate as a team and discuss issues and how things should be handled. This hopefully allows us to be more consistent in how we enforce the rules and also how we interact with room members.

Each staff are individuals and have their own way of operating. And I encourage that because it’s that individuality that makes things interesting and the room fun. As long as it’s done appropriately. In this specific case from everything I’ve seen, the staff tried to address your concern and gave you the proper information and resources you needed. If the way they interacted with you while they did that bothers you, then you have every right to express that.

I hope that since both sides have had a chance to have their side heard, we can move on and both sides can reflect on this situation and ways that will make the next interaction better.
If you want to continue this I’m perfectly fine doing that. It may be more efficient to do it in the room in a real-time pm. It would also be easier for you to show me anything you want to there. But it’s your call.

You're not relevant to this conversation, nor do you know what happened, nor is your opinion worth anything to me.

Go away. The only persons that can deal with this are RodeoMT and TheDifference.

My concerns are either hijacked by trolls, or by individuals who have no clue what happened and are now piling in?

How do you expect me to think you can deal with this seriously when your own chat mods are immature misfits, too petty to stand back and let you deal with things?

You were insulting and mischaracterising someone and I responded to it.

You posted on a public forum. If you didn’t want anyone else to comment you should have sent your complaint in a private message. As well as it being common sense, you even get a heads up in the “how to” thread.
