Why doesn't everyone consider to give him time, besides other UMs made their mistakes as UMs, they learned from it and grew, so why jump the gun since his been given the position.

All I will say is that having him as my Admin has been great. Yes he likes to get both sides of an issue, but that is the way intelligent people solve problems.

Admin role is different from a UM role.
But that’s history for another day when forums get interesting.
