I retaract my last statement. reeebsss this is unprofessional. It is a violation of chat avenues privacy policy and you are opening yourself for a lawsuit. However bad this person might be does not give you the right to be an internet vigilante, especially as an admin.

This is not a laughing matter. You are violating that users privacy and the terms of service of chat avenues privacy policy, which you as an admin represent.

Second, do you honestly think he deserves privacy let alone a sense of respect? Well he doesn’t deserve respect at all with the way he thinks he can stroll into a teen chat being overage.
