2 suggestions

1. Restrict the guests. (They are all mostly peds anyway.) Make it so they cannot speak. And do not tell me it's not possible, I've seen it multiple times.

2. Mod demoting. Demote the inactive mods and rule breakers. Too many times I've seen mods break the rules, and nothing was done. Same with inactive mods, they were inactive for majority of the time, yet they still remained mod.

These are just suggestions. I doubt anyone will view them, I have way more in me head. But 2 is good for now.
Ciao luvs.

When someone breaks the rules. Do not mute them. Bloody kick them.

All three of these users shared inappropriate things, yet only got a mute. And no kick. Bloody stupid and ridiculous.

And as for guests.

They should just not exist. Restrict them. I know it can be done. Then no more of this bloody rubbish will happen.

that should be kickable IMO and I would have kicked for it but thats just me.
Mods have guidelines set forth by the owner: warn>mute>incrementally kicks.
We cant go straight to max kick unless it's a pedo or e-***** or UA in the room I'm in and that's pretty much it.

Thanks for you reply. I know each chat room has it's rules and guidelines. But like, It just feels like they should have been kicked. Then some VIPs called me a Karen for calling out the stupidity of it. Lmao.

I agree with you as a mod on general chat my admin HR would say warn mute kick but there are users that make a kickable offense I argee to mute them but I guess a warning is Mercy but that's my opinion

Funny thing is. This is from General Chat. There was no warning. Only muting. And these things shouldn't follow that process if they repeatedly do it again and again.

I wouldn’t say you are a Karen at all. It’s quite concerning with the Hitler name and someone degrading women like that.

The General Chat mods are taught how to deal with those issues. The mute may be the warning. The warning my be in PM. It may be verbal or a mute or both. There is no maximum number of warnings and no downside to a mod warning before kicking. Judgment prevails.

While I sympathize with your desire for summary justice and booting - HKRFF in particular, we want mods who are not lazy and scattergun kicks. Also, HKRFF the nasty guest pictured was kicked by one of my moderators today so your ss isnt entirely accurate.

The process for repeat offenders is similar but different. Our mods are expected to solve issues when they can, and do not go to immediate max kicks without warning-unless it is very serious. Im hoping to firm up some new room rules so we can avoid the worst of that material 🙂

I can assure you any mod that robotically kicks max without warning would be removed.

Because this thread reads more as a complaint than a suggestion, I would respectfully request it be closed on the grounds OP answered

@purplerose @Kim 🙂

And while I agree the posts you showed (which are not the complete record) have some offensive material, they fall no where close enough to immediate kick no warning.

Thank you.

So, I gave a mod a screenshot of a user that sent a D pic. I censored the screenshot, because, of course, it was a picture of a pendejo's member.

I asked her if I could share the screenshot with her, because the user who sent it deleted the conversation. She said "sure". So I sent it.
And:

This lovely mod gave me the most logical response ever.

I literally gave her proof, and nothing. Wonderful.
Oh, and no, I couldn't go to the admin, as his PM's were off. And the other mod I went to, gave me the most unclear response.
And this is the foto I sent:

I wouldn't censor it, if it was just his face, which it is not. Some mods need to be more logical and intelligent. No offense, seriously, but this is ridiculous!

Thank you.

I personally agree with Dess on that one. I wanna see the pic, for the simple fact I ain’t kicking someone not for no reason or not for a reason of disbelief either. But I want to make sure that I have atleast seen why I’m kicking someone to back it up. Although yes just reporting the dm is the best solution so nobody has to screenshot anything 🤨

You wont post the uncensored version onto forums like they want

Did you not use the reporting function that is available in the main chatroom, PM chats, and/or Profiles???
He deleted the conversation. And I take screenshots of almost everything, just in case that were to happen.

It's fairly easy for someone to delete the conversation, literally too easy. Users do it all the time so they don't get in trouble. So of course, I would screenshot it.

Why would I post an uncensored version? Why would I censor it in the first place if it wasn't his "thing"?
Sending penis photos in DM is against General chat rules? 🤔🙄

Thought that room name would mean you could talk about any non law breaking subject.
Lovely sarcasm. The VIPs in that room get away with literally everything and anything. Which is why I take screenshots.

If you report it. Then we will get it. Don’t think it deletes it for us idk. Might try this out

I find it quite bizarre, how there is no option or button to delete an account on the forums. I could be completely blind, but I've looked everywhere and found nothing. It's weird.
That should be a thing. Not really surprised, as it's not a feature on the previous chat forums I was on.

Also, the "identities/aliases". When you hide them, it doesn't actually "hide" them. At least for some people, like my friend. Same with the chat forums I was previously on, this feature did nothing and everyone could still see them.

Sorry if I'm a bit confusing. If a user clicks the X button on the conversation, it will be deleted. Not completely, unless the user on the other end doesn't have the conversation open. Many things can be a factor in the conversation being deleted, that's just one way I noticed.

i was daring you to post it mods see all type of nasty asss **** so one pecker from somechatter aint gonna phase a mod / admin
