how far is too far

mods in boyschat are allowing vips to freely use the word c word in main chat. Am I the only one who believes this word is inappropriate for any chat, and especially a kids chat room? I hope jigsaw sees this and acts on it.

I was there, a mod warned a dude six times before finally muting him. He probably just needs to be told it's a mute or at least one warning. But it's no big deal, he's new and was trying to get him to stop.

that wasn't your response when I questioned the mod in question about it's appropriateness. you in fact ridiculed me and told me to mind my own business. obviously you feel the C word is fine for boys chat.

I guess this is what happens when kids are put in charge of adults. he allowed the perpetrators to decide what's appropriate or not. The C word was fine and my challenging it wasn't. A lot of immature "adults" in that room.

No one was telling Tobby what to do, I was trying to help him out. I never replied to anyone else. Seems you have an axe to grind though.

The fact you bring up his age seems you have a personal issue with him that you should sort out and if not, get over it. He was hired by admin because he's trusted to do the job.

I wasn't there? Please. I was the only one verbally stating the C word is inappropriate. You told me to mind my own business. Are you now saying that word is not appropriate? You certainly didn't voice that opinion then when everyone was ridiculung me. You supported those using the word and the mod in question allowing it.

No one told you to mind your own business, no one. No one was ridiculing you at all either. People make mistakes and it'll be corrected. No need to make up lies though.

don't know what you're talking about about the people using the word were never warned, muted or anything. The mod permitted them to use the word. The only person he addressed was me. He told me to stop being a troll, so no I won't let this go. It is a big deal.

The C word is banned and is punishable with a warning, mute and kick. In that order for repeat offenders. People are gonna complain no matter what you do as a mod. You'll pick up the best way to mod that works for you and don't let the haters bring you down
