Not sure, I know its an armadillo. It was at this park at the end of New Smyrna, Florida. There is much wildlife there. I drove and saw tons of turtles on the side of the road, then saw this little one digging a hole. I dont encounter much wild life in NY outside of deer, chipmunks and squirrels, or the occasional vulture/hawk.
