@NorCal @whoevertfownsthisplace boys chat is so overrun by pedophiles and child abusers the EXACT second that there is no mod present and that is not even slightly untrue. please PLEASE 🙏 admit some more mods or the old mods that have applied as i have been informed that there was instructions to NorCal NOT to admit more mods ATM. if this is true then i am assuming you want this place to become the dark web over the regular web because we are OVVERRUN by pedos and it is sickening and mortifying to watch as a victim of it from that exact chat page. there is absolutely no shortage of mod applications (like me) and if that is not possible there is still no shortage of PREVIOUS mod applications that want to mod again. PLEEEAAASSSEEEE admit some 🙏 I dont know how much more exploitation of minors i can handle on the main in here before I quit again because it is terrifying and disgusting.. 😭 and ive checked and most other pages have a mod on most of the day while we are lucky to get one a 3rd of the day.

1. Mods are volunteer and work tirelessly to keep the room safe and enjoyable. They also have jobs, school, adult life, and chores to do as well.
2. Pedophiles. Sadly these disgusting monsters are in every chat everywhere on the web 24/7. You could have a thousand mods and this problem will not lessen. We as staff in our respective rooms with the tools we have do what we can to mitigate this issue but will never be perfect.
3. The amount of mods on a team are decided by @Chatmaster he and @NorCal are determinants of how those slots are filled and how much.
4. Just because people are interested in modding doesn’t mean they are mod material. Kicking pedos is one part of a well rounded mod.
Some requests I’ve seen lately from users are not mod material.
As @H.R. PufnStuf stated use the report feature, use the ignore feature, practice safe chatting practices, and use common sense.
