Administrator is the owner of the site and has top level access. Chatmaster runs the site and is admin for the forums. He also takes admin for rooms that don't have one until a new admin is found and has top level access as well. Cody Chat are the developers. The site is run as a business.

Very good Padawan - I proud of you, so much sensible knowledge you have but there's just SO much more.

EDIT: There's Mary, Admins wife, Norra, CM's girlfrand, and then there's Nelly, Belly, and Shnelly from Canada, and then there is Doris, Romeo and Juliette from Australia and finally in America, there's Nancy, Biden and Theresa - all have very busy schedules for Team ChatAve.

EDIT: and then there's the Nana's of ChatAve's forum who never let go of anything.
 
Last I knew this site is owned by a Toronto based company using USA based Cloudfare servers. Maybe that helps this troll understand web site ownership. lol
