A Time laps, makes chat easier to read?

I think personally that all the chatroom's need a time laps, makes the chat slower so you'll be able to read the text on screen.

Things it help:
* Makes the room modders/Admin job easier.
* Makes it easier for the users to read the text.

I find modding the room okay at any pace, anything I might happen to miss in the room i always have the members of the room flag it for me to take the appropiate action

You tube yes, they can turn on like subscriber only mode is it. Or there's a specisl bit where only the payed people can type in the main for a bit, that won't happen here
