Able to enter as a guest but there's no one in the Video Chat room

I wanna chat in Video Chat room. I am able to enter as a guest, but there is no one there. 0 users. Video Chat room always have issues, like recently, video/camera doesn't work for most users.

But now, my issue is that when I enter Video Chat room, there's no users in the room.

Try clearing your cookies and cache files. We did a recent server change. If it doesn't work. Pm me on here and we will figure it out.

Hi, thanks for the prompt response. Sorry I don't know how to pm. Anyway, I did clear cache and cookies, also opened the site using another browser, and still it didn't work. But maybe I'll just wait 24 hours and see if everything will be working fine by then. Thanks.
