account deleted

hi! my teens chatroom account got deleted and idk why (my credentials were apparently invalid and when i tried to reset my pw it said the account didn't exist). thing is i had vip. any way i could get it back plz?

Are you sure that you didn't change your username and forget that you had done so before logging out? If I recall correctly, it's impossible for a VIP account to be deleted unless 1) you do it yourself, or 2) the Owner does it.

u know...i remember i had 2 vips. one in boys chat and i thought teens chat. today i logged into kids chat and saw that I have it there so i might've got it confused with teens chat XD

It’s not VIP and it’s still there so you must be confusing yourself
