Against the new Guest Disable Policy

I want to talk about the new system that bans guest users from freely talking to other users or to each other
The ban is unwanted and unfair and it should be lifted as soon as possible
There are some users who just wanna test the new site and not fully commit to it by registering
Although the registered users are mostly less and boring so the site popularity goes down
So kindly acknowledge the fact and bring the guests back to their original status

Hello, I understand your point but simply typing in an email to register doesn’t seem like a huge “commitment” to make. And if you register and find that you don’t like the site it’s very easy to delete your account.

There are also several rooms that guests can converse and post in. Adult Chat, for example.

Assuming this is referring to Teen Chat, the change implementations have reduced spam, implemented the stricter moderation which was needed, and have now have a lease on some of returning users who commit rule breaking offenses using the guest accounts which auto delete after a day.

It’s better for control purposes. It is better to have 300 registered in a chat (who I like to call actual chátters) that is controlled and the elimination of guests who like to rule break with the anonymity than to have 800+ with spam, pedophiles, and consistent rule breaking as soon as a mod logs off.

I can assure you after being on this site for about 5 years in TC this is the best thing I’ve seen and the actual users who use the chat as it’s meant for are really enjoying and like the change.

Guests can still view chat and get a feel for what it is and if they feel they would need to register then they will do so by signing up. Sort of like any other social media- you can view anything signed out but if you want to post something then you must register.

So if you would like to chat simply register an account or cease your use of the site by the “testing the new site” by now or you can join another chat room such as General Chat

Ps why is “Chátters” a filtered word 💀

Excuse us.

You type as a person of mature age, there's ONE room (correct me if I'm mistaken guys) that doesn't allow guests to converse in unless you register, why would you want to be in that or those specific rooms that has this process activated?

It's there for safety and further security.

Go away and think long and hard.

No one is 100% anonymous on the internet.
