Who decides when quests get to come off of ban? I had this problem with another past quest blocked him a total of 13 times,and it's going to en up being 16 by the end of tonight, @samwise or any admins

Who decides when ppls get to come off of ban? I had this problem with another past user blocked him a total of 13 times,and it's going to en up being 16 by the end of tonight, and has asked for why I don't like sex or anything to that point I even turned and moved to users and it still happened

The admins determine how long a chatter is banned. Please provide the room you’re talking about and that specific admin can guide further.

If a guest is making multiple accounts to harass you, then you should report that behaviour to the room's admin and they will do their best to take care of you.

I did and it doesn't stop so far 30 messages from 3 accounts so far
