I’ve been looking into grounding blankets and wondering which ones are actually worth it. There are a lot of options out there, but I want something that’s high-quality, durable, and actually effective. If anyone has a good grounding blanket recommendation, I’d love to hear it. Has anyone here tried different brands and noticed a real difference?
Also, do grounding blankets really help with sleep and recovery, or is it just a placebo? Any recommendations or personal experiences would be super helpful. Looking forward to hearing what works (or doesn’t) before I make a purchase.
