Please ask the website owner or whomever is responsible for maintaining the web servers to move the website over to a California - based hosting company. If possible, can you tell me what state the web servers are currently hosted in, because I have an ongoing legal dispute and securing California jurisdiction would be extraordinary. From my research, one Federal judge has stated that the use of CloudFlare CDN alone is not enough for California to secure personal jurisdiction over the website. The benefits of this are: facilitating open communications and online play: law enforcement cannot use saved private chats or even obtain a warrant for communications except in a very limited fashion only for extortion, kidnapping, bribery, human trafficking, annoying phone calls, and any felony involving violence against a person (e.g., domestic violence, rape). The other party to the communication cannot discuss or disclose the contents of the communication without your consent.
