Can't post gifs or photos.

Hi, Is anyone having trouble with their forums? I can't post gifs, emojis, photos and i can't edit my profile either. It's been going on for like 3 days now. I thought it was a glitch and would stop but it's still going. Is there any advice how it can be fixed? I'm open for ideas. Thank you for reading. Sorry for not posting in awhile.

Can you post a screenshot of what the options look like when you try to post a gif? Are they greyed out?

I can't even post a screenshot. However the answer is yes they're greyed out. Is there a way of knowing what caused it?

Can you click the [ ] and see if gif option appears.
