So, this is a simple yet, maybe not-so-simple question to the chain of command here in regard to problems with moderators and admins..
The long and short of it is, if a user, in any room, has a problem with that room administrator what is a user supposed to do, to file a complaint against said Admin? As far as most know, the buck stops with the room Admin, one has a problem with a moderator, you take it to the room admin, one has a problem with a user in a room you take it to that room moderator, a simple chain of command.
The thing is, does Chatmaster, who I assume is the person who would be in charge of the Admins, does Chatmaster take those complaints, or is it more of, well you can contact Chatmaster, someone no one on here has no idea of who the person actually is, there is no promise that CM will read the complaint, let alone look into it if CM does read it, let alone care if one even has a legitimate complaint about a room admin.
I Have been on other forums that had moderators, and there was a clear chain of command and it was pretty evident that the website staff ( paid employees of the website ) did indeed do their job to look into complaints about all volunteers no matter their rank as a volunteer.
If one looks at the bottom of the screen there is a Contact Us link, most just say to go back to the forum to the proper room and contact the proper room moderator/admin, with a feedback/comment link as well, that has a fill in your basic info and then leave a message, my question on that is, does it just go to a moderator/admin or to a paid staff member/owner of the website ????
it isn't like this website, cant offer ********, a clear and simple way to contact ChatMaster to leave a comment, and users will know it will be read by a paid staff member or Chatmaster directly and if the issue has merit, will be dealt with.
