as Finn mentioned Dming TheChatmaster is usually the way to go. you could also use this: https://www.chat-avenue.com/feedback.html and request deletion and a GDRP data deletion (if it applies ) users have had success with that also. Make sure you fill out the boxes correctly...

Owners will get to it, but please be patient, like the rest of us they have lives too.
