Did you know that 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health issue each year?

Thank you for this. I think the stats are probably even higher. Most people at some point in their lives will experience struggles with their mental health. It's encouraging that this is no longer seen as the taboo subject that it once was

The ratio seems to be high on this website. Facts apart, it's better to have a healthy brain by doing healthy physical activities and reduce mental stress as much as you can. Do not stick over to something that's happened in the past (not implying about the illegal stuff) let it go. Seek help when needed.

You make a great point about the importance of physical activity for mental health. Letting go of the past can be tough, but it’s a crucial step toward healing. Seeking help is definitely a positive move. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

According to NIMH a few years back nearly a third adults in the US at some point in time have been diagnosed with depression and adding teen statistics it goes well past 1/3rd.
As @russel122 so eloquently put it physical activity is important to maintain good mental health as is letting go of the past. We miss so much at times not being in the here and now, present in the moment is hard when you think about what has happened it makes it impossible to think sometimes of what could happen. Mindfulness is a really great tool.

as is letting go of the past
This. I totally agree.

Although in some cases, it is important to know where you came from to understand where you’re going to. a radical break with your former past can lead to an existential crisis. You can’t be someone you’re not. That being said, having an all too deterministic mindset is damaging too. You can change, just take it slowly, but indeed change and moving forward is good. At the end of the day, although you can’t always be what you want to be, you hold the key to change, don’t let anyone prevent you from pursuing happiness.

It’s really eye-opening to think that 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health issue each year. Mental health affects so many of us, yet it’s still often overlooked or misunderstood. It’s so important that we continue to have open conversations about mental health and seek out support when needed. Therapy, self-care, and sometimes medication can play vital roles in managing mental health conditions. On that note, I’ve also been exploring natural supplements for stress and mood support, and I’ve found some great options through Canadian pharmacy. They carry a wide range of vitamins and natural remedies, including products like omega-3s, adaptogens, and magnesium, which are often recommended for mental well-being. Plus, many of these pharmacies offer affordable prices and international shipping, making it easier to access these wellness products.
