I personally like Hard Rock or just Rock. Jpop to an extent (Takayan). Pop, Techno, Indie, and Folk. My favorite song is Dear Agony by Breaking Benjamin.

What's your favorite music genre or song?

I am old school! I like heavy metal like from the 70's-90's and classic rock from the 80's. My favorite heavy metal band is Judas Priest and classic rock is Rush followed by the Scorpions in a close second. Some of you probably never even heard of these bands. lol

Neil Peart was one of the BEST drummers in history, especially in the progressive rock scene.

For me, rock/prog rock/art rock/hard rock with a metal edge and some gothic/symphonic rock are my jam but I also really like the epic neo-classical like TSFH and some folk.

I posted about the music I listen to it's called engineering music geniusly you might be interested. See music is a hobbie for me(and a friend) the reason I say friend. It's been there my whole life it always knows what kind of mood I am in it never really talks back to me but what I'm saying is music is so powerful in its on right it brings people closer and apart and it has great influence on everyone around the world no matter what their listening to. There was probably music before the wheel was invented I like to think so enjoy your take care

I like hip hop songs. I am mostly on work and I love to listen music while work and meeting that's why recently i bought my apple pro headset for both use. Now i am enjoying music and handle conferences calls every time without any problem. I love it.

I like Robert Miles, Mike Oldfield. And other random stuff. Some off Faithless stuff is good
I discovered Mike Oldfield at a young age when my older sister purchased "Songs of Distant Earth." The CD when putting it into a computer had an interactive game in it where you had to solve puzzles to further yourself deeper into the album. I was in awe of the graphics and the music as I would play it over and over. Many of his live performances are on U Tube and love his calibrations with Maggie Reilly.

You must like Tangerine Dream as well as I kind of consider them in the same genre.

Tangerine Dream were way ahead of their time. Ruyton part 1 is a piece to listen to 👍

I will have to find it and listen. I only have three CD's one is "The Private Music of Tangerine Dream" which I'm not very fond of and the other two are "Phaedra" and "Cyclone" which I truly like. I know they did numerous scores for films too.
