This would be interesting. However shipping costs may break us who give away things. A band I like in Germany with shipping it was $50 a cd .....
Shipping is what makes giveaways quite difficult. Unless of course you have digital items you make yourself perhaps ?? 😀

i meant like digital stuff like giftcards, game codes stuff like that, not stuff that you actually need to send to people

that might be a idea. It would make the place feel like more of a community. in yahoo chat we would do such things as you are talking about, but physical things. the digital world was new than . Of course there are those who hide behind their keyboards, phones or what not. Not sure such folks should be on the internet. Would have to be careful of all the kids on the site? there might be legality issues there ?? Perhaps this is something you could do on your own site ??
