Presentation skills as in presenting a PowerPoint?
Don't type in all the information you're going to say on the PowerPoint and then read verbatim.
Use the slides to highlight key points, snd then write what you're elaborating on, on a flash card.
For example, when I was recently presenting for my thesis on Tuberculosis, I had a slide for key studies, wrote the study name, author date and then had the synopsis on my flash cards.
If you have everything youre going to say on the slides, your audience will have read ahead of you and isn't focusing on you.
