also, as to answer your question, reset the IOS cupcake or w.e - take it to the shop bro theyll do it cheap.

Honestly, i have no idea how to do that unless you do a full factory reset on your phone, in which you'll lose every photo, text, and app you've put on to it.

u need to root ur phone, and then plant it

If you have everything backedup.
Turn phone off.
Hold down volume up, volume down and power buttons at same time.
You'll get a boot menu.
Select factory reset and there you go.
