well...two things....
1) i don't think them getting banned would constitute a break up...just a break of communication because of the lack of being able to communicate...but more importantly
2) if someone is in a relationship in which the trust has not been established to exist outside of the chat...and that person is wondering if not being able to communicate with that person warrants a break up or defines it as a break up...then it's probably not in a place where it really matters
