I cannot log in on my computer

I keep putting in the correct email address and password to log in because my phone is messed up but it just says incorrect.
I then tried hitting reset password and typing in my email address so they can help me recover it but the site keeps saying no user found with those details.
Can someone please help me on what to do?

It's possible the account was removed for inactivity since the time limit changed recently. That may be accurate; the account might not exist if it wasn't logged into in the last couple weeks.

I ended up logging on, yes they're right I forgot about that

just a reminder that depending on which email provider you use that Chat-ave either doesn't allow it, because it's a temp mail service, or the service doesn't accept emails from chat-ave because their MX records aren't valid.
