Sup,

I am having growing concerns of lack of transparency within mutes and kicks for users of chat avenue.

Can we get some sort of reason why users are muted or kicked from room please, as it does interrupt chat if a conversation is cut by user being muted and then banned with no reason giving to users of chat. An analogy is imagine you are making pizza and then someone comes in and just takes the toppings to complete the pizza.

Maybe I am alone in wanting notification of why conversations cant be complete for own satisfaction within chat experience but then maybe people like half made pizzas.

Please let me know the decision in regards to user satisfaction point made.

maybe transparency needs fine tuning or to be actioned because users ss and eliciting reasons is worse no? Maybe users would work better with mods if isn't so ambiguous why ppl are getting written up? my thoughts anyways

Unless u are saying it wouldn't be appropriate because I like to think people are reasonable humans

We are transparent with the person that was actioned. If you'd like to help, you can always share our rules list located here or have them reach out to us directly.

It’s pretty obvious why a person would be muted , kicked banned , every single person knows the rules , check out rules people will still use banned words or an image that doesn’t suit the rules. However I’m a model citizen I’m never getting in trouble I follow the rules 🥴
