Inquiry regarding recent moderator choice.

According to another moderator, it seems that HR has chosen a chatter (Apple Pie) who has the tendency to post inappropriate sexually explicit gif images. Whether or not she continues to do so, I had had her blocked a while ago due to the incessant usage of sexually explicit gif images. The choice to make her a moderator (done by HR) shows the lack of sensibility when it comes to moderator choices. Since General Chat is for 16+; explain to me how choosing her as GC moderator is a rational and logical choice? This proves how GC and possibly 'Chat Avenue' has no regard for the sickening proclivities that some have chosen to share when it comes to appropriate imagery. Having Apple Pie as a moderator is baffling to me. As a matter of fact, it's very fucked up.

not a kick complaint, so in the wrong thread.

Apple has had a just a few mutes over about 3 years as a chatter. Nothing serious. I'm not in the habit of justifying why I mod anyone to ********, - but I will say, Apple is a regular chatter, who offered to help us deal with spammers etc during times when we have no mods on. and overall has been well received by most ******** and room regulars.

She has (as a chatter) posted a kind of "swimsuit issue" gif thing, she did it on Fridays for years, under the watchful eye of female mods. It's a balancing act, to have a chat that's fun, lively, and safe, vs being so repressively victorian that the room withers. A few past bathing suit gifs won't traumatize the users while she learns the ropes.

And besides, none of this has been done as a mod that ive been told.

There is no proof. SS were asked showing any staff posting "sexually explicit images" none have come to me. This room isn't run on idiology, or moral standards of the 1600's and proof is required.
