Limit the number of gifs.

I am asking for Chat Avenue to limit the number of GIFS or video clips a user can leave in one message.
Every time there is a good thread like samwise is a poo poo head, I have to scroll down a good mile in length to get past Proncessa and RyRys and CIndys stream of gifs before I see any text. Gifs are mainly used to spam or for users of this forum to flame out.
