Please report these users, and whenever KC mods are available, they can kick these people and the admin will ban them.
Put in mind that you could always use the report flag and/or if you've got max report limit, you could message the admin/one of the mods about it, they can't be online 24/7 as everyone has got their own life going on outside of the CA bubble.
