Looking for technical support

I have tried to pm @Chatmaster @Samwise @Ness_eb for technical support, but I am not getting an answer.

Does anyone had any suggestions?

Is not being able to get an answer by pm technical support? Or more of a complaint?

I don’t want what I’m asking to be public as I don’t feel like being **** posted and closed, and not taken seriously.

use pm please no need for a thread when you see us here .... you asked for a thread to be reopened to get the last word in and we chose not to.
