More mods or 2+ admins

Currently in Boys Chat right now and it's being flooded with bots and people wanting to do horrible things to children. I know that some rooms have more moderation than others and I think 2+ admins depending on the amount of people, but I think if there is enough volunteers that follow the rooms needs to be staff. Main thing is that I'm asking if a mod can come online when they are available. Thanks

I understand your frustration with the current issues going on in the room, but you have to remember being a staff member here is volunteer work. So mods/admins aren’t able to be on 24/, since people do have lives outside of this site. Please report in room so a mod can assist when available. I will still tag your admin in the meantime to shed some light on your concerns. @NorCal

Not going to happen in part,

Volunteers are exactly that "volunteers", there's also some security issues surrounding too many volunteer staff, and that includes room admin positions also but especially room admins particularly - when they pretend to be for the site and then later they are found to be for themselves, or other secondary reasons - it can never be 100% avoided.

Room Admins set expectation for the room they've been given to admin, so presence of staff and their volunteer time rests with room admins to manage.
