Permanent Ignore & flaws of ignore feature

So why arent ignores permanent on this site? And why are people you ignore able to read what you type still?

I feel like these two features being added would improve the quality of the chatroom tremendously.

I've lost track of how many people get ignored and then rage on continuously causing endless toxicity and drama.

While you're worried about having to resee the people you've blocked, just imagine that teen who has to resee that SUPER SEXY pic you sent her while you were a mod and she was a teen.

Guest accounts change so the algorithms doesn't track guest accounts.
