Pet Care Reminder July 4th 2023

It’s a bit early but with the 4th of July rapidly approaching, it’s a good time to remind those in the USA that dogs, cats and other pets may become anxious and frightened by fireworks. Please don't leave them outside at night and also take steps to calm and soothe them when indoors.

If anyone wants to share tips or tricks they use to calm their pets please feel free.
 
Whenever I go to work, I leave firework videos on full volume all day long. I’m attempting to condition my dogs to man up and stop being fannies. I don’t think they’re scared of fireworks anymore. On the other hand, it’s possible the loud videos have contributed to some major hearing loss because they no longer come when I call them.
