I Think I'm in a Group of players with at least one Gamer, and I'm a Role Player. So my group Plays a module. They play the Module and don't play outside of the module. One of them is clearly a gamer doing his or her best to min/max to game the module. And I think, I'm the only one disappointed to find out that once the Module ends. There won't be any chance for character development. No Role-playing any stuff we've made up in our backgrounds. I've handed in eight to nine pages of background, and I feel like I've wasted my time. I've been with this group for eight months and I'm worried that I have to walk away from the table, because I won't get what I want from the group. Has anyone else gone through this?
