pls help

hello sorry if i write bad english is a second language.
im looking for some advice on drugs because i am trying to get clean but i have used all kinds of drugs for maybe 5-6 years. the problem is wehen i try to quit i have severe problems with sleeping and im bored out of my mind. i try to play games on my pc but all the games are sooo boring. the main drugs i use are alcohol, opiates and lyrica. any help apreciated.
