Hello,
I found your account in the Mobile version of Adult Chat. There could be a few reasons why you can’t PM someone:

If you have been muted by the staff, you are not able to PM anyone until your mute is finished. But you have no hx of being muted so that isn’t it.

If the person you are trying to PM has their privacy set to Friends Only and you aren’t on their friends list you can’t PM them. So that’s a possibility.

If the person you are trying to PM has used the Ignore feature on you then you won’t be able to PM them. So that’s another possibility.

The site has been experiencing technical issues recently and it’s possible that has affected your ability to PM. Unlikely but possible.

In chat or on forums? If in chat which and are you a registered user? In forums or chat have you verified your account?
 
What did it show when you couldn't message someone in PM? Did it show a red box telling you that you cant or did the message not send?
