I looked further into this, and seems you didn't give the mods any time to sort the red fonter either,,, you made yourself the issue but going at them on main Yorkshire. NO one likes being called a ped. Ignore makes that go away. The staff know how to handle that one- who has come to the room, for about 10 years. Let them do their job, and trust they know how to thanks.

A few points i wish to adress.
1. Thank you for looking into this further. Perhaps you should of done this,initally. Instead of just attaching me, the chatter. I didnt start this.
2. Red font had been on 20 plus minutes,,id raised five flags and two mods where on duty. So ask yourself what where they doing. Did they read the flags and delete without action who knows,i can only speculate.
3. I accept that chellz came in, making it 3 mods. At this,point id lost it,,yes. And perhaps i was overly aggressive towards chellz, but put yourself in the shoes of the chatter. We get told to use ignore.. like this solves it. How many times do ******** ( not just me) have to put up with this. At what point do the ******** assume yr not taking them seriously.
4. The fact u say the staff know how to handle red font because hes been coming in 10years. So,,let me get this straight. Hes been abusing ******** for ten years and hes still doing it. Clearly you dont know how to handle it.
The only mod who got close was Irish, she would kick him as soon as he came on. He would then reappear using vpn and she would kick him again. Perhaps,if more delt with him like irish did, this wouldnt of been going on for 10 years..
TEN YEARS ..AND,STILL HES BEEN ALLOWED TO BULLY YOUR STAFF AND ********. ..DUTY OF CARE SPRINGS TO MIND.
5. In all the time ive been using this site. This is the first time ive had this issue. So yes ive ways let your staff do their job, but on this occasion they are not.
And finally. U can keep closing my posts. This isnt going away until the issue is has been resolved.
People like red font and chaos are habitual abusers of ******** and your team. May i suggest you kick these on site. Theey will eventually stop trying. And given red font has been coming 10years shows yr current tactic clearly isnt working.
 
That troll, Ive seen (BEFORE ) ever being staff, as a chatter, starting around 10 years ago. The reason he can do that is 1) he is a guest so no way to make a ban stick 2) IP roller that can become quite an issue when not handled a certain way.

I did look at this*initially* and like every complaint, it gets a full fair look. But you started by raging about a mute, then about my mods, then me, about what really was the issue regarding a troll (that issue-the red fonter-- was deserving of further looking into.) so I did, but then you made multiple forum posts-which is'nt allowed. Which is why the get closed, merged and then when it kept up- it moved to EE.

2) staff have a lot of things on the go, they cant be expected to react immediately. Lots of ******** report things. Staff can only react to flags they feel are rules issues etc. I don't know what you flagged? I dont know-because I have seen any SS. I do trust that the staff know a flag that needs something done. I will tag @Chelle Belle @DESS who can shed light on that (im not sure who was the third)

3) Ignore function doesn't solve the issue, but it makes what you see vanish, and by not replying to trolls, steals their troll oxygen.

4-5) None of the staff have been staff for 10 years. As ******** we remember him. We saw first hand how countess mods and admins dealt with him. Kicking him with no warn, often causes an immediate IP roll / evading with angry spam. Like they type we have been having a lot of.

None of the staff have ever said they are bullied. He is just another troll we face, like many others. Because you have clearly stated your issue, this thread can stay open) keep your posts about the red fonter here. Multiple posts are not allowed as you know.

@DESS @Chelle Belle if you wouldn't mind tagging the 3rd mod (if any) that would be great. @Mayhem

dude...you yourself just said red font has been doing this for ten years..why are you sooooo upset over it..the mods handle him like every troll..do not feed the trolls...dont repsnd dont get upset dont start muting and kickin wildy....hes asked to stop ..hes asked again..then he is muted ..then kicked..LIKE EVERYONE ELSE..hes not ALLOWED to do anything ..please stop with the hate on gen chat ..just chat and chill out...i understand but HR and mods do what we can ..trolls are going to troll...the more you talk about him and complain the worst he becomes...thanks..

The third mod was the new guy from mobile. Mayhem??
Mayhem actually said to me in main. That all,he could do is warn him. As that was the instruction he had recieved. So i dont blame him. Hes following guidance laid down by hr.

@DESS. I didnt know he was doing this for ten years until hr mentioned it.
The more i talk about it the more i hope it will get addressed.

the part yo keep missin is we DO deal with him...but you are soo angry you arent listenin to mods or the ADMIN..we do what we can about him.....dont feed the troll by keepin the post comin and the angry words ..its only feedin him..im not blowin off what you are saying..im tellin you how to deal with it...on your end...we are dealin with him on our end...please understand its just chat and troll will troll to get you to flip out..its the only purpuse of a troll..to start drama...right?

Agreed trolls get off on triggering people. This isnt my first rodeo.
You keep persisting with the line. You are dealing with it. I, and other users see no evidence of this. You only have to look atcthe thread 2021 awards to see how srrious u take this. And after 10years (hr's figure, not mine) clearly you havent delt with it,,because nothings changes.
Definition of delusional madnes.. keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result.

how seriously we take a troll?..youre kdding right?..the awards is makin fun of chat ..its not serious..you seem to miss humor everywhere...amd are missin the point to what either me or HR are tryin to say....but ive tried to talk to you ...in pm and now here..if you choose to be mad and throw a fit ..theres no point in cont. this convo..you keep twistin the point..

FYI, not that it's horribly relevant, but @Mayhem is female. All I have to add to this, is that I don't know who the 3rd mod is you were referring to, it was only Mayhem on when I logged on that I saw, and you immediately jumped down my throat. Do you realize that when a mod looks at a flag.....it clears it. You claim you asked about the flags before I was there, and she warned him....so she (or someone) was obviously handling it.
When I logged on, as I stated....there were no flags for me to view. You cursing at me and calling me a liar about that.....is really counterproductive, and not helpful in any sort of way. I did see one flag you put up a short time later, however it was not anything actionable, and was not close to what he was muted for when I got there. That's why I said not everything you flag is necessarily something that the mods need to take action on.
Soon as I logged in, I gave him a mute....not because of a flag (again- none were visible to me), but because of what I saw him say in main.
As Dess said, as long as you continue, he will feed off of that. You're not the first, and won't be the last that he targets, I'm sure. The way you're responding to him- is giving him exactly what he wants.
I feel like this issue is only going in circles. I see no need reply further- between HR, Dess, and myself we've pretty much covered a whole lot of time and threads over a mute. I for one, will continue to deal with him like I always do. Fairly certain that's the same of all mods.

I dont think humour is relivant do u. Clearly u thunk im just angry. Atctimes m. Last night i was. But now im very clam. And find the use of humourcto try and lighten the issue.

I appologise unreservedly for referring to mayhem as a guy. I thought the pic had a blue circle around it. So im so sorry i did and hope ive not caused any offence.

Also if u think calling ******** pedo is,just a warning and not even a muting or kicking. Then we are poles apart.

its not *just a warning* but usually a warning is involved. The staff know they can deliver that several different ways. (Mayhem is new to the room and still learning the ropes, so I wouldn't be too hard on her.)

Are you being difficult intentionally? you literally complained ^^^ that ******** doing *pedo accusations was ***just a warning*** I'm making it clear, it ISNT just a warning.

Your issue regarding the red font troll is duly noted. Staff were advised prior to this marathon of threads, Jan 3rd --to reign in the pedo accusations that fly in room- and we once more revisting the red font troll issue as well.
