It has come to my attention that banned users and trolls frequent VGC to troll regs who have paid hard earned money to enjoy chat as a VIP user. These trolls and banned users log in as guests and proceed to harass registered users and spam the room. First step for registered users who have paid IRL money to enjoy chat, is to ban guests. There is a strong enough foundation of registered users in VGC that the removal of guest accounts won’t hinder traffic in VGC. A 6 month trial should be conducted to see the effects of the idea. If this idea does not work, then will bring back guest accounts. This will make it easier for mods to rid of trolls and banned users who frequent the room to harass others and disrupt the chat experience.
