I would want to know some context behind your question although I fail to see why anyone would post pictures of a child in any of those rooms.

Can you give me an example? A username? Then I can help clarify.

the user is "scouser" in the adult room, and the photo was of aprox 4 adults and clearly 1 child in a church, and the mod "Marya99" who refused to boot.

Hi, I think you misunderstood. The OP didn’t post that pic in chat. They were asking what the rules are when someone posts pics like that.

Hello, and I appreciate your concern. The quick answer to your question is that no underage content is allowed in the Adult Chat rooms. Full stop. The moderators will always take some action when that type of content is posted. Some actions you can see and other actions you can’t. Additionally, whenever there is a violation in the room the moderators need to look at multiple different variables to help guide them in how they deal with each unique violation.

Marya99 is a new moderator and is still in training. In this particular case she took appropriate action based on those different variables. Hope that helps. And thanks again for your question.

I’m going to reiterate what I said earlier. I see no reason why anyone would want to share family pictures like that in such a chatroom.
For the protection of the children on that photo if nothing else, I would remove. If I “accidentally” shared a photo of my own family, I’d surely understand and appreciate the actions as a protection for them.
Lol…. I often wonder how on earth that happens as a share isn’t just one click. Mind boggling
