I might have this in the wrong section but I wanted to ask mods their opinions. Is trolling and insulting allowed depending on age. Or is trolling and insulting against the rules regardless of age. A mod was trying to say that trolling is less bad for minors because they are minors and more serious for people over 18. I was curious how true this is. I thought rules were the same for everyone regardless of age.
