I have been using video chat for a while without any issues but 2 days ago it suddenly stopped working. I am able to log in as a guest and enter the chat interface but there are no rooms listed or other people. Nothing has changed about how I log in. I am using a cable modem and commercial ISP. This happens whether I use wifi or ethernet. It happens on all devices connected to my home internet. If I use my phone with wifi chat does not work but if I use mobile data it works. Other chat ave apps work such as cam chat and adult chat. It seems like my external IP address is blocked. I don't think I did anything to warrant that. Any suggestions? I have tried restarting cable modem, router, devices, clearing cookies.
