Anyone do it regularly? At first, you don't have as much energy but your body adjusts. If anyone does this, how long did it take for your body to adjust? I'm mainly fasting for the benefits of dead cell repair and HGH.

Took me a week and a half to adjust. First week was pain, constant headaches due to low blood sugar but that's also cuz I'm fat af and wanted to cut my calorie intake immediately. Second week was much MUCH better. I don't know if you're drinking water while fasting but I'm doing it during Ramadan... it's worse if you're not drinking water. Good luck!

I take apple cider vinegar and put sea salt and cream of tartar in it when I get a headache from lack of electrolytes.

Thanks for the reply!

It depends what you want really.

If you want a short term boost, it might work once of twice.

Long term it’s not good though. As soon as you return to your normal then you’ll find the muscle wastes quickly and, because your body has just been starved, it stores fat in preparation for the next time it’s starved.

James Smith (British online PT) is excellent at this stuff. No gimmicks, no BS, he backs it up with science and common sense. He swears a hell of a lot too. Not a typical PT but that’s why I love him.
