Why is a user that sent me grotesque graphic images to my inbox still allowed in a 13+ chat?

Why is a user that sent me obscene p-rnographic images to my inbox still allowed to remain on chat?
I did not request or consent to these images being sent to me nor did I initiate the private message with her.
Yet the person that sent them was still allowed to chat in the room happily ever after.

She even boasted that nothing was going to happen to her because she didnt post them in public chat.

This person needs banned.

Doesn’t matter if Bread is a banned chatter or not. Nobody should be sending him any form of unsolicited nudes or pornographic images. Him being banned doesn’t negate the fact that the user sending him those messages also broke the rules and should be punished accordingly.

I never said "go ahead, im not gonna look at it". They will verify that
I never "dared" you to do anything. They will verify that.
I was never kicked or muted. They will verfy that.
No mod was ever logged in and ive not received any warnings from them as is evident by the screenshots. Mods will appear at the top of the list.

What is true is that i ignored the first time you posted then after i told you i am not going to read your message you sent additional obscene/graphic pictures.

There’s a lot of gibberish there to unpack but one thing I took away from this is “I’m too old for pretend games” yet not too old to source, save, and send nudes to someone? If this user who claims he isn’t Bread has done all you said, including sending you inappropriate pictures, use the features in place to report it.

Too many people use the “x did it first” excuse, thinking it absolves them of all responsibility. I’ll reiterate, one rule break doesn’t negate another. It devalues your own complaint because this then becomes nothing more than a petty argument between two grown adults acting like children.

As for your suggestion that I sat there watching everything going on, I do not mod VGC. I am under no obligation to pay attention to everything said. However, I’ve seen you a few times involved in a few arguments and you give as good as you get.

But you’re just conflating a larger issue with your broad complaints. This thread is about one thing and, in my humble opinion, spamming someone with nudes isn’t acceptable. If, like you claim, it was in retaliation to mass trolling by this user, post your evidence in the correct place. You’re more likely to get a positive outcome that way than by resorting to childish bullshit.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Sending nudity to other users without consent is not allowed in a 13+ chat. I will be reaching out to the chatter that has broken this rule.

If it continues after today please bring it forward so I can past it to Chatmaster for a possible ban.

I’d suggest using your ignore function in the future if there are no mods present.
